Ingredients

    1 lb. Italian Sausage Links
    1 Red bell pepper
    1 Yellow onion
    2 Stalks Broccoli
    6 Red potatoes
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Remove casings and cut sausage into 1/4" pieces. Slice onion and bell pepper. Sautee sausage, onion until brown. Combine with sliced potatoes and broccoli. Put into baking dish. Bake covered for 45min or until veggies are tender. Remove cover and add cheese to the top. Cook until cheese is melted.
