Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

About a pound of ground turkey

Chop up Zucchini and Summer Squash - I don't know how much it was exactly, but it was enough to fill a small steamer basket. I used about 1/3 of a package from Whole Foods

    1 can of white beans

Directions

Makes 3 servings

Heat up in a skillet on medium/high heat, until turkey is cooked thoroughly.

Heat up beans separately in the microwave/stovetop. And then add to the skillet later. Same with the veggies...steam them in a basket first, then add to skillet.

Sorry...I meant to put that...I heated it up in an electric skillet on medium/high heat until the turkey was cooked thoroughly and then I added the steamed veggies and cooked white beans.
