    10 sprays Parkay Spray Margarine

Place chicken tenders in ziploc bag, pour in dressing. Squeeze air out of bag and massage dressing into chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll chicken tenders in bread crumbs; place on large cookie sheet. Mist with Parkay spray.

Loved it. I did modify by making my own Italian dressing and I used fat free seasoned croutons crushed forthe bread crumbs. Easy and fast and good. Just the way family likes it! I served it as main course with tossed salad and steamed fresh green beans. - 3/15/08
