Ingredients

DRY:
2 C Whole Wheat Flour
2 C Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
WET:
(Puree in food processor or blender):
2 C Cooked Garbanzo Beans (or one can)
1/2 C frozen spinach
1 C steamed carrots
1/2 C + 1 Tbspn Peanut Butter (Natural)
2 Small Very Ripe Bananas
2 Tbspn Flax Meal
2 Tbspn Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. Molasses
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in electric mixing bowl.
Add Wet ingredients
Combine all in mixer until a sticky dough is formed.
Bake 375 in greased glass pans about 23-25 minutes.
Let Cool. Cut into about 26 bars (about 1.5x 3). Refrigerate/Freeze until needed.
