Ingredients

    2 tbsp - Helman's Light Mayo
    8 oz - container Phillips Claw Crab Meat
    1 tbsp - Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp - salt
    1 tsp - black pepper
    1 tsp - Old Bay seasoning
    8 - Large White Stuffing Mushrooms
    1 oz - shredded Asiago cheese
    1/2 oz - shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 oz - shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup - whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1 wedge - lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
Stuff the mushrooms evenly with the crab mixture.
Sprinkle a tiny bit of dried dill on top for garnish.
Place on shallow baking dish, ungreased, and bake for 30 minutes.
(There will be a mushroomy liquid at the bottom of the dish. I like to drizzle that over the mushrooms before serving.)
Serve.
