Ingredients

1 package (.25 ounce) Active Dry Yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons white sugar

1/2lb ground beef, extra lean
1/4 onion diced
8 oz Grated Mexican Cheese

Directions
1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy about 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups bread flour, olive oil, salt white sugar and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and let rise until doubled - about 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Turn dough out onto well-floured surface, Form dough into 7 rounds and flatten like mini-pizzas.
4. Spoon filling into center and wet edges lightly on half the circle.
5. Fold over dough and press edges together firmly.
6. Bake and then let cool. Garnish with Sour Cream.
* Mix:
Brown beef. Add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning.
Add onions.
Put 1/7 of mix onto each dough round.
Add 1/7 of cheese.
Seal dough as above.
