    *Hodgson Mill Veggie Rotini, 16 oz, 1 bag
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .75 cup (about 1/2 jar, no oil)
    Zucchini, 4 cup, juliened & halved
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Chives, 1 tbsp, fresh
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    *Oregeno, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    *Fat Free Basalmic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, 2 cups
    Red Onions, raw, 2 tbsp diced
    Sweet Red Peppers, raw, chopped, .5 cup

Directions

make pasta
marinade zucchini overnight in the dressing
cut everything up
mix it all together
serve
