Ingredients

    1 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon white sugar
    1/4 cup onion, diced
    1/2 cup fat free yogurt
    4 cups frozen french style green beans
    1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar
    2 Tbsp wheat germ





Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion and saute until onions begin to cook. Stir in flour making sure to coat all the onion and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the salt, garlic powder, pepper, sugar and yogurt. Remove from heat. Add green beans and the cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small casserole dish. Sprinkle with wheat germ.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
