Ingredients
-
Beef, round steak, 2 lb (remove)
Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Adobo Seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Green Beans French style, 2 cup (remove)
White Wine, 2.5 fl oz (remove)
*Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp (remove)
Onions, raw, .5 small (remove)
*Bacon, Kahn's Thick Sliced Bacon, 1 slice, 2 serving
Olive Oil, 1 TBS
Directions
combine 1 tbs of adobo, the Italian dressing and garlic powder in a small bowl to create a rub. Apply to steaks (each steak should be about 6 oz). Set aside to marinate.
In a Frying pan, heat the olive oil and add the onions.
Once the onions are a little brown, add the adobo and stir. **You can add garlic too if you like.
once the onions and adobo make a sort of paste, add the wine. (about 30 seconds of stirring after you add the adobo)
Add the green beans and bacon bits, cover and cook for about 15 min. (longer if they are fresh raw)
While the green beans are cooking, heat up an iron skillet on med high heat for the steaks.
Cook steaks to preference. (I like them med-rare)
Add salt and pepper to taste**
Enjoy!
