Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, frozen
2 slices low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup 4 cheese pasta sauce
dash salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
dash Italian seasoning to taste
Directions
1)Cover 4-inch Nuwave rack with aluminum foil.
2)Rinse frozen chicken breasts with water.
3)Season each side of chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
4)Place chicken on Nuwave foil-lined 4-inch rack and cook for 8 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook for 8 more minutes. Check for doneness with fork. If still slightly frozen in center, cook 2-4 more minutes or till done.
4)Remove foil from rack and place chicken in foil-lined Nuwave baking pan.
5)Place 1/4 cup of pasta sauce and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast.
6)Place pan on 4-inch rack in Nuwave oven and cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
May use thawed chicken breast and decrease cooking side to 6 minutes each side.
