2 English cucumbers
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp white peper
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c fresh dill
Directions
Cut cucumbers paper thin (about 1/16 of an inch thick). Place in a bowl. Combine sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and dill. Pour over cucumbers. Stir. Cover tightly. Refrigerate 2-24 hours.
