A fun twist on tacos!! A fun twist on tacos!!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tbsp taco seasoning
    1/2 cup Ragu Double Cheddar Sauce
    1/2 cup corn
    2 cans refrigerated pillsbury bisquits

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Brown turkey with taco seasoning. Once cooked, add cheddar sauce and corn. Mix well.
Flatten bisquits in your hand and push into and up the sides of sprayed muffin tins. Spoon the meat mixture into the center of the bisquit.
Cook for 7 minutes then take a spoon to push the meat mixture down because as the biscuits rise, the meat mixture will rise as well. Cook for an additional 7 minutes.
