    .5 cup chopped cilantro
    2 green onions chopped
    3 Tbs lime juice
    1 small serrano pepper(seeded) chopped
    1 tsp honey
    .5 tsp grated lime peel
    .5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp ground pepper
    2 tbs olive oil.
    1 (15oz) can garbanzos drained and rinsed
    1 (15oz) can black beans drained and rinsed
    2 cups coarsly chopped tomato
    1 med.cucumber peeled,seeded and chopped
    .5 cup red onion chopped
    .5 cup cilantro chopped.
    1 green onion sliced.


serves8 (scant cup each)
mix all ingredients for dressing exept oil in blender for one min.with motor running add the oil blend until smooth.

Combine all ingredients for the salad in large bowl.
Add the derssing ,mix well. cover and refridgerate at least 30 min.
