    4 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup Splenda (or less, to taste)

Directions

Makes 4 1-cup servings. blend cocoa powder & splenda in saucepan, add 1/3 c milk - stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat, gradually add rest of milk; do not boil.
