Introduction

I had a ton of left over veggies from my "Big Salad" last night, so I threw some in a few eggs..and it was good! I had a ton of left over veggies from my "Big Salad" last night, so I threw some in a few eggs..and it was good!

Ingredients

    3eggs
    3 (baby)carrots-sliced or diced
    1/2 of a small tomato-chopped
    1/4 cup or less black olives-sliced
    1/4 cup or less green onion-diced
    2 slices of bacon- cooked and crumbled
    1/4 cup shredded cheese (or small handfull)

Directions

Chop all add to eggs and whisk.
Add a small amount of butter to hot pan...pour in eggs.
Cook until done (you need to flip half way)
