Ingredients

    2 cups spinach
    2 cups radicchio
    1 cup grapes
    1/2 cup feta
    1/4 cup pecans
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1 tsp EVOO
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix EVOO and vinegar- all salt and pepper if so desired.
Pour over other ingredients.

Makes 2 2-cup servings.
