I had this today and LOVED it!!! It tasted like regular chili without the beans. I used a regular tomato and used my chopper to chop it really fine. I simmered it. I had cooked my meat ahead and bagged it, so it was an easy lunch. I had strawberries with it. - 9/14/10

Just made this with chicken instead of beef and added a cup of broccoli to get my whole 2 cups of veggies and to add some more chunks. It smells so yummy! Can't wait to try it today - 9/19/11

Easy to make, tastes good! I used 1 cup of water and that was too watery for me. Next time I will not make it so soupy. - 7/10/11

I am eating this right now, I'm glad there was a recipe for it, because I am just learning this whole cooking thing. tastes good, I used vegan ground beef instead of the real stuff (so i didn't need to brown it) diced tomatoes out of a can (haha told ya I was new. and heated on the stove :) - 10/7/10

    O.K.
2 cups of water is WAY too watery. I would say 1/2 cup would be a better idea. I also added more spices like cumin and oregano, and put in a whole tomato. I would try this again with less water and see if it tastes better. - 3/6/13
