1lb sashimi grade tuna steak - diced
3/4 cup diced cucumber (peeled)
1 avocado - diced
1/4 chopped green onion
1 1/2 t red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sesame seed
1 1/2t lemon juice
2t sesame oil
1/2 cup lite soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients into bowl. Place this bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice. Chill in the refrigerator 15 min.
Serve alone for dinner or wiht toasted bread or crackers as an appetizer.
