Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Coconut oil
    7 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
    1 cup onion, sliced
    1 cup celery, sliced
    2 clove of garlic, minced
3 cups frozen stir fry veggies (kroger asian)
    3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 Tbsp sesame oil

Tips

Top with sesame seeds

Directions

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. When it is tender, drain it well and return it to the pot. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok and add the onion and garlic. Saute until the onion is tender and fragrant. Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables. Cook them very quickly over high heat until they are mostly thawed, about 3 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti. Stir everything all up and let it fry for about 5 more minutes adding water if necessary. Allow the pasta to brown some if possible. Sprinkle over the soy sauce and sesame oil as the mixture cooks during the last 5 minutes.
