Ingredients

    *Imagine Organic Beef Broth - Low Sodium, 8 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    *Onion - Yellow - 1/2 Cup, 2 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup (remove)
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb (remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Leek, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

ina 7qt dutch oven, brown your meat in 1tbsp of butter. salt and pepper it. dice the onions, and celery, stir on medium heat until the onions get tender, add the broth and rest of vegetables. Simmer for 2 hours.
