    # *Potato, raw, 3 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)
    # Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (remove)

mix all of the above ingredients with water and make a thick paste..all except potato which u will cut into thin slices.Make oil hot for frying.Dip potatoes in the mixture and coat well on bith sides and then deep fry..serve hot.
