Ingredients

    1 Fresh Banana older blend better
    1Cup Kiwi fruit peeled
    1 Tbsp. Protein Powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1Tbsp. Honey
    1/2 cup 1%milk
    1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soymilk
    1/2 cup cold water

Directions

pour in blender 1/2 1%milk, cut up banana, add sliced Kiwi's, puree then add protein powder, honey, cinnamon then add the 1/2 cup soymilk then the 1/2 cup cold water, blend well or until smooth.

Can be frozen overnight to take on an early morning hike, walk, picnic. Yummy & gives you energy & vitamins, enjoy
