Introduction

Great low-fat, low-soduim dish for parties, potlucks, or casual at-home dinners. Wonderful when prepared with pulled pork tacos. Can also be used as a dip for chips. Ingredients

    1 Can Bush's Black Beans, drained
    1 Pouch Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Extra Sweet Niblets Corn, steamed and drained
    1 Lime, juiced
    1 Small Red Onion, finely diced
    1 Small Jalapeno, seeded and diced
    1 T Cilantro, chopped (amount may vary with your tastes)

Directions

Combine ingredients. Best when chilled.

Feel free to take as many liberties with the veggies as you like. Many people enjoy adding several varieties of peppers, additional spices, and tomato. Enjoy!
