Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups shelled fresh cranberry beans
    2 cups onion chopped
    2 cups tomato chopped(can be substitue with paste)
    5 gloves of garlic
    2tsp sugar (may use orange juice)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup water
    salt

Directions

Put everything in a pan, boil then simmer until the beans are tender, salt and sugar to taste.
(you may use pressured cooker)
Put in a serving plate with chopped parsley on top, serve in room temperature or cold.
Makes 4 serving
