Ingredients

    Pizza Dough Ball - from your favorite pizzeria
    1/4 C. Pizza Sauce
    2 C. Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
    Italian Style Pepperoni (17 slices)
    4 oz can Mushroom (no salt added) - drained
    1/4 C. Onion, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven and 15" pizza stone to 500.

Stretch pizza dough to 15" on a floured surface

Remove the pizza stone and place the pizza dough on the stone.
Assemble pizza (sauce, cheese, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms)
Bake for 10 mins or until the cheese is bubbling.

Makes 1 pizza with 8 slices.
