Ingredients

1 can - 7.5 oz of Salmon, drained and flaked
2 each- hard cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup- cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup- mayonnaise
2 tbsp. - green pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp. -onion, chopped
    1 tsp. - dill weed
    2 english muffins

Directions

Combine all ingredients except English Muffins. Divide into 4 portions and spread on toasted muffin halves. Place on a broiler pan and broil 3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.

NOTE: This recipie makes 4 servings. I usually double it in order to have enough for more than 2 people. You may also want to broil it for a little bit to heat up the salmon mixture before broiling it with the cheese on it.
