Ingredients

1/2 cup ground oatmeal
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. brown sugar Splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. maple extract
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
2 egg whites
*Combine all ingredients in a blender/food processor and mix
*Mixture will be very thin
*Pour into a heated 6" inch skillet (medium heat)
*Brown on both sides
****Eat 1/2 the recipe, add 1 oz. protein
