Ingredients

    *Imperial Stick Margarine, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 0.187 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Dry Mustard, .5 tsp (remove)
    Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 4 oz (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz (remove)

Directions

melt butter, add flour until smooth. slowly add milk until hot and smooth. add cheese, mrs. dash, cayenne and mustard. stir until cheese is melted. Pour over crab and shrimp in casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
