Savory Mixed Greens

Number of Servings: 4
1 pound frozen greens (collards, turnip, mustard, kale or spinach)
3-4 tablespoons Bragg vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons honey or sugar
2 teaspoons dry onion (or 1/2 cup diced fresh onion)
Put the greens in a medium saucepan with about 1/4 cup water (or broth) and bring to a boil, stirring until they begin to thaw and break down. Add remaining ingredients and stir until everything is evenly mixed. Put a lid on the pot and reduce heat to low. Allow the greens to simmer until cooked through. About 15 more minutes.
