Ingredients

    1 cup dates, soaked in 1/2 cup water then blended to make date mixture.
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup cherries
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 t salt
    6 T coconut oil

    1/2 cup of cherries, separate to put into ice cream while mixing.

Directions

Soak Dates until moist, about 4 hours. Add 1/2 cup date water and blend in Vita-mix.
After it becomes a paste, add 1water, 1/2 cup cherries, vanilla extract, salt. Blend until finely blended.

Add coconut oil into Vita-mix then blend again until all is liquid.

Add mixture into ice cream maker. Add 1/2 cup chopped cherries into the ice cream then let it make for at least 15 minutes.

This is so delicious and not made with AGAVE, yippy
