Ingredients

    1 Avocados, California (Haas), diced, without skin and seeds
    1 Banana, sliced
    1 Plum Tomato, diced
    2 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/2 in cubes
    Juice of 1 Lime
    About 1 tsp of Jalapeno Tobasco Sauce
    1 Tbsp honey

Directions

Whisk honey, Tobasco, and lime together in small dish. Combine avocado, banana, tomato, and mozzarella in med bowl. Drizzle dressing over fruit and cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
