Ingredients

    10 oz frozen spinach
    14 oz artichoke hearts
    8 oz Neufatchel cheese
    ½ cup sour cream, reduced fat
    ½ cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
    ½ cup Parmesan, grated
    ¼ cup red bell pepper
    ¼ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Boil spinach until tender; drain well.

Drain artichokes. Chop artichokes into fairly sizable chunks (I use food processor).

Heat cream cheese in microwave one minute.

Combine all ingredients and pour into oven proof dish. Bake at 350F until heated through.

Serve with crudites, crackers or baguette.
