Ingredients

ALL INGREDIENTS ARE RAW AND UNPEELED except 1 apple, lime and avocado
1/2 avocado
4 golden delicious apples
1/4 lime
1/4 cucumber
1 stalk celery
1 handful or cup of spinach
Directions
DO NOT PEEL UNLESS INDICATED! Mix all ingredients except for 1 apple and the avocado in a juicer. Make sure you peel the lime. Then peel and chop one apple and scoop ouot avocado, put in blender. Add juice and a handful of Ice and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings. add additional ice or water to alter consistency if desired.
