Introduction

just what you need for your cold without the carbs! just what you need for your cold without the carbs!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth (homemade best)
    1 cooked chicken breast cut into pieces
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    1 egg lightly beaten
    2 tbs fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp dried tarragon
    splash of lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot, add onion, celery, garlic, and chicken and boil for 2-3 minutes. add herbs and salt and pepper, then remove from heat. While stirring slowly pour in the beaten egg, splash in the lemon juice and enjoy :)
