Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    I can (15oz) chickpeas, drained
    1/2 tsp ground fresh chili paste
    1 4oz jar of baby food pureed carrots
    juice of 1 lime
    1 tbsp water
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1-2 tsp smooth tahini (I like the stuff you can find in the bulk area at Whole Foods because it doesn't separate and need to be stirred like the jarred stuff - this makes it easier to use just a little bit)
    salt and pepper to taste

    Puree the above until smooth, then put into medium-sized bowl

    1 avocado
    juice of 1 lime
    dash of salt and pepper

    Puree these until smooth then scoop into the chickpea mixture and stir the 2 together.

    Yummy and healthy!
    I used my Magic Bullet to do this.

Directions

Makes about 10 servings if being served with veggies, chips, etc.
