Ingredients



    * *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * *Greek Yogurt, Fage Total 0% 1 small container, 5.3 oz (remove)
    * *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
    * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    * Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Old Bay Seasoning, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend Stick Butter, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Bake potatoes for 45 mins at 350. meanwhile, cook veggies, and mix all other ingredients in a blender. When potatoes are done, sccop insides out of skin and mix in a bowl with veggies and rest of ingredients. Pour mix into a glass baking dish and back at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
