Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb diced pork
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 cup flour
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 bags of frozen green chiles (32 oz total)
    or
    24 freshly roasted and peeled diced green chiles
    (the bags are easier)
    8 cloves of garlic (chop em) or 4 tsp already diced
    3 tsp chicken boullion or 3 cubes
    2 to 3 cups of water.




Directions

Dice everything.
Fry diced pork and onion in 1 tbsp olive oil for about 7 min untill done.
add 1 or 2 tbsp of flour to pork to coat.
add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40 to 50 min.
The longer it cooks the hotter it gets.
This makes a lot of green chile. Plan on left overs
1 tsp garlic powder added to warm water will bring down the spicy-ness.
Add a jalapeno for more spice!
