Ingredients

    200g Bittersweet Chocolate
    85g Unsalted Butter
    1 dash of salt
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 large eggs
    3/4 cup Flour

Directions

Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and then 1 more minute. Add the salt and the vanilla extract and stir. Add half the sugar, mix and then add the rest of the sugar while mixing still. Add one egg at a time, while still mixing the dough and finally, add the flour stirring quickly.
Pour the batter to a 9in square pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut in 9 pieces.
