Extra Light Baking Mix (From American Whole Foods Cuisine)
YIELDS: 7 Cups MIX
4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 c nonfat dry milk powder
2 ½ T baking powder
1 ½ t salt
½ c oil (canola)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a food processor. Drizzle in oil while blades are running Mix completely.
