    1 large English cucumber
    1 T red peppler flakes
    12 t hoisin sauce
    1 T agave nectar
    1/2 c rice vinegar
    1/4 t chili sauce
    1 T sesame seeds
    1 t sesame oil
    1 T salt


Slice cucumber into thin rounds. cover with 1 T salt and let sit for 20 minutes.

Rinse salt off. add rest of ingredients and chill.
