    3 Medium fresh avocados
    1/2 cup diced raw onion
    1 fresh lime - juiced
    3 raw Roma tomatoes
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Directions

Makes 12 - 1/4 cup servings

Dice tomatoes and onion
peel and pit avocados - place in glass bowl
add salt and lime juice to avocados, blend with a hand processor unit creamy
add tomatoes, onions and cilanto
chill
