    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup diced carrots
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup ( Healthy Request)
    1/4 cup milk (nonfat)
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    6 (or more) 10-inch flour tortillas (Whole Wheat)


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; set aside.

2.combine broccoli and carrots in 1 qt microwavable dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; set aside.

3.Combine soup, milk, sherry in small saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chicken, broccoli and carrots; season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

4.Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in 139 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake covered 20 minutes or until heated through.
