Ingredients

    4 leeks
    3/4 cup lentils
    20 cups water
    lg. can stewed tomaoes
    Soya sauce 3 tbsp.

Directions

cook leek greens & lentils with water and soya sauce approx. 3 hrs.
removed leek greens and discard. chop white part of leek and add to broth. Add canned tomatoes and cook for another two hours. Blend and add back to pot. You can add other vegetables at this point and cook lightly.
