Introduction

Took Chef Meg's recipe but doubled the pasta for the amount of sauce, used Simply Jif and low sodium soy sauce and doubled the serving size. Took Chef Meg's recipe but doubled the pasta for the amount of sauce, used Simply Jif and low sodium soy sauce and doubled the serving size.

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Simply Jif Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tbsp
    crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Vinegar - Red Wine, 1 tbsp
    Toasted Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp

Directions

Combine all sauce ingredients. Cook and drain pasta and stir in sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.
