Ingredients

    2 Sweet Potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
    1 Onion (diced)
    2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
    1 (15 oz Can) Kidney Beans
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 (14.5 oz Can) Tomatoes
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp smoked Paprika
    1 tsp chipotle chili powder
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1 c water
    1/2 c orange juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 4 servings.
