Ingredients

    3 cups quick oats
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1.5 cups rasins
    1 tbls cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1.5 cups mashed banana
    1.5 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup honey
    6 eggs
    1 cup boiling water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients except water. Combine dry and wet ingredients and add water. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into 12 bars. Move to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Best stored in the refrigerator, and freeze well.
