Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Pork Sausage Links sliced into slices
    1 cup white flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    3/4 cup almond milk
    3 Tbs Blue Bonnet Light Margarine

Directions

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Place in skillet and cook until browned. Drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs separately and add almond milk. Stir well. Melt margarine and add to egg mixture. Stir until mixed. Stir into dry ingredients and mix. Mixture should be lumpy. Grease 9 x 12 inch pan. Pour batter into greased pan. Sprinkle with sausage. Bake 25 minutes or until brown.
