Introduction

Yummy gluten free flat bread. Peppery, crispy on the outside, chewy inside. Could be baked or pan fried. (I didn't have enough Garbanzo flour so I used a little quinoa). I sprinkled a little more cracked pepper over one side once on the pan. You could get really creative with flavors - add some olive pieces, italian seasonings etc. Warning - it was addictive to me !!! Yummy gluten free flat bread. Ingredients

Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Kosher Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, .25 tsp (remove)
*Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour), 1.25 cup (remove)
*Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a whisk (I didn't have enough Garbanzo flour so I used quinoa). Should be the consistency of pancake batter or a little thinner. Let settle for about an hour after mixing. Coat the pan with olive oil then pour out into pancakes. I sprinkled a little more cracked pepper over one side. I pan fried mine over medium heat for 5 mins flipping at half way. I also heard on splendid table that you could bake at 400 degree for about 5 mins then broil to desired crispiness.
