    1 celery stalk diced
    2 dill pickle spears diced
    2 scallions(green onion) diced
    1serrano chile (yellow pepper)diced (optional)
    3 tbs stone ground mustard
    lime juice (optional)

Directions

mix all ingredients. season to taste
