Ingredients

    combine the lb and 1/2 lb beef in a bowl. In a food processor grind the carrots and onions till very fine. Add to meat. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Shape into a loaf (add a couple more tablespoons of ketchup on the top if so desired) bake for 1 hour at 350.

Directions

grind 2 carrots and half of 1 large onion till fine. Combine with all other ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350. divide into 10 equal slices.
